How it feels to be a 3 year old

Running challange

Soph & Stef arrived in Brisbane so we decided to have a BBQ in Roma Street Parklands. Hotdogs and fried onions, yum. I love that you can use the BBQ's for free in Australia. Everyone fell asleep in the park afterwards. Because of the humidity I think it was around 40 degrees.

My backpack has multiplied in size from all the shopping

Monday - Stradbroke Island
My favourite day in Australia so far. The island was so pretty. We had to catch a train, bus, ferry then bus to get there but it was worth it. We saw wild kangaroos, wild dolphins and sharks in the water as well as a kookaburra (sp?). The water was so clear! We headed down to Cylinder beach and were the only people there for a good few hours. I did learn a valuable lesson from the trip - don't forget to charge your camera battery before you go out for the day! DOH. We hit a thunderstorm on the way back to Brisbane, crazy lightening filling the whole sky.

Today me, Matt and Olly got followed by Japanese tourists who wanted their photos taken with us. It was so random. Did they think we were famous for just typically English looking therefore worthy of a photo?
